Project
Office 21 is a six-storey frame of exposed concrete. Waffle slabs carry installations in their voids, so there is nothing to hide above the desks and nothing to replace in thirty years.
Vertical precast fins along the facade shade the glass and give the street elevation its rhythm. Each fin was cast in the same timber mould, which is why every board mark lines up.
