Brief
2 to 4 weeks
We walk the site, read your brief and return it as a one-page position.

Concept
6 to 10 weeks
Plan, section and a physical model. You see one scheme, not three.

Design
10 to 20 weeks
Details at 1:5 and full-scale mock-ups. Costs are fixed here.

Build
8 to 24 months
We are on site every week. Changes are drawn the same day.

After
Year 1 and 5
We come back after one winter and again after five, with a repair list.
